Returns & Exchanges

At Designer Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item is not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original designer packaging and include the completed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
